The reason behind this might be that learners are coming to school without eating anything and spend the whole day eating junk foods like zap nax. Proteins seem to be lacking in their diet. You are required to investigate the food values of locally available proteins and make recommendations of meals to be consumed before learners come to school and also during break and lunch time. You have to design and carry out an experiment to determine the food that has the highest amount of proteins. CALA: This CALA consists of four parts; part A, B, C and D.
