We do not collect payment information as the Service is currently free.

We do not use your information for advertising targeting or sell your data to third parties.
ExamineAI uses the following AI providers:
- Groq — primary provider. Privacy Policy
- Google Gemini — fallback provider. Privacy Policy
- Mistral AI — secondary fallback. Privacy Policy
Each provider processes your requests under its own terms. ExamineAI is not responsible for how these providers store or use your data.
ExamineAI uses Google Firebase for authentication and real-time database storage. Your account credentials, credit balance, and credit history are stored in Firebase under your unique user ID.
Firebase data is stored on Google's infrastructure, subject to Google's data processing terms. See Firebase Privacy.
Conversation history is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB and may also be synced to Firebase for cross-device access.
ExamineAI uses browser local storage and session storage to:
- Cache your credit balance for instant display
- Store your AI model and UI preferences
- Temporarily hold form data during document generation
- Maintain your session after signing in
No advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies are set. Firebase may set cookies for authentication purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.
Your data is shared only in the following circumstances:
- AI Providers: Prompts are sent to AI providers as described in Section 3
- Firebase/Google: Account and usage data is stored in Firebase
- Legal Compliance: If required by applicable law or court order
- Safety: To protect the safety of users or the integrity of the Service
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Credit history entries are retained for 90 days on a rolling basis.
Generated documents are created client-side and are not stored on our servers. They are downloaded directly to your device.
To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us via WhatsApp or use the account deletion option in the app settings.
ExamineAI is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us for immediate removal.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and data
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Objection — object to certain types of processing
