ExamineAI is an AI-powered document creation platform that enables users to generate exam papers, CVs, cover letters, study notes, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents using artificial intelligence.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change or be discontinued without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Service at any time.

No purchase or payment is required to use the standard Service. Credits are provided free of charge as a fair-use allocation.

You agree not to attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or artificially inflate your credit balance through technical means including but not limited to: modifying browser storage directly, exploiting application bugs, making unauthorised requests to backend systems, or using automation scripts.

Any detected abuse of the credit system will result in immediate account suspension without notice.

Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you provide to the Service
• All documents and content generated through your account
• Ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws before use
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Any consequences arising from submitting false, misleading, or confidential information to AI models

Do not submit to the Service any sensitive personal data, passwords, financial information, or confidential third-party information.

ExamineAI is a document creation tool. Content generated by the Service does not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, academic, or any other professional advice.

CVs, cover letters, and other application documents generated by ExamineAI are starting templates only. You are responsible for ensuring accuracy, truthfulness, and appropriateness before submitting them to any employer, institution, or authority.

Exam papers and educational content should be reviewed by qualified educators before use. ExamineAI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated educational content.

All documents and content you generate using ExamineAI are owned by you. ExamineAI claims no ownership over content you create.

The ExamineAI platform, branding, software, and user interface are owned by ExamineAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service itself.

By using the Service you grant ExamineAI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process the content you submit solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

ExamineAI uses third-party AI providers including Google Gemini, Groq, and Mistral AI to process your requests. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Your prompts and document requests are sent to these third-party providers for processing
• Each provider has its own privacy policy and terms of service
• ExamineAI is not responsible for how these providers handle your data
• Do not include personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to generate your document

AI provider availability may vary. ExamineAI uses a fallback chain to maintain service availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You agree not to use ExamineAI to generate:

• Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or abusive
• Academic work intended to be submitted as your own original work (academic fraud)
• Fraudulent documents, fake credentials, or falsified records
• Content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Malware, phishing content, or other harmful material
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation

ExamineAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these prohibitions without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time through the Account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within a reasonable period.

ExamineAI reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the credit system, or engage in any activity that may harm the Service or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamineAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

ExamineAI's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ExamineAI in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
